LCS-001 series Coal Spontaneous Combustion Monitor System

Principle and Structure

LCS-001 series coal spontaneous combustion fire bundle tube monitoring system consists of dust filter, single tube, bundle tube, branch box, air pump, gas sampling control cabinet, monitoring computer, cantilever beam microphone photoacoustic spectroscopy multi-gas analyzer, thermal conductivity multi-gas analyzer, printer, network card, system software, etc.

The system analyzer is based on infrared photoacoustic spectroscopy technology, has a pulsed infrared light source, and forms 10 spectral bands in the mid-infrared region through narrow-band optical filters for gas analysis. The ultra-high sensitivity is based on the patented enhanced cantilever beam optical microphone technology, which can be realized by 10 kinds of optical narrow-band filters, and the extremely narrow optical filter can remove the interference of background gas. Multiple spectral regions can facilitate minimal cross-sensitivity.

Functions

The function of using the database to analyze the change of the gas content of a certain monitoring point over a period of time;

Spontaneous combustion fire prediction function: Through the calculation of the concentration of each component, alkene ratio and chain alkene ratio, it can timely and accurately reflect the temperature change of the fire source; use the triangle rule to judge the degree of explosion hazard;

Automatic control function: with 24-hour online monitoring function, and realize network monitoring function;

The gas sampling control cabinet can automatically sample 64 sampling points, analyze the gas concentration and calculate relevant parameters, and issue a spontaneous combustion alarm;
